According to a recently published release, ANAF announces that the results of the tax audit activity for the 1st quarter of 2017. Thus, for the period 1 January \u2013 31 March 2017 were reported:<\/span><\/p>\n
    \n
  • 42.000<\/strong> checks (natural and legal persons), by 13,26%<\/strong> more than in the 1st quarter of 2016;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 2.065,07 RON billion<\/strong> \u2013 amount attracted to the general consolidated budget;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 648,95 RON billion<\/strong> \u2013 decreased fiscal loss;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 10.300<\/strong> civil fines fully amounting to 49,31 RON million,<\/strong> by 18,17%<\/strong> ore than in the 1st quarter of 2016;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 12.469<\/strong> collected fines in a total amount of 50,57 RON million,<\/strong> by 36,98%<\/strong> more than in the 1st quarter of 2016;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 780<\/strong> notifications submitted for additional research with total damages amounting to RON 1.491,45 million.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In the context of the above we draw attention to the fact that according the ANAF\u2019s goal regarding the fight against tax evasion and fraud it is possible that in the following periods the number of ANAF\u2019s tax audits might increase.<\/span><\/p>\n
