DARIAN\u2019s involvement in projects to support the community and encourage performance was constant in over 25 years of active presence in the business environment in Romania. We know that the evolution of the business environment is closely linked to the development of the community, reason for which we supported various community projects whenever we had the occation and the social corporative responsibility became closely integrated in our company. <\/p>\n
In the course of 2016 we succeeded being close to several institutions and associations, supporting projects in various fields and we are happy for each successfully implemented project. We chose not to not limit ourselves to a single field and that is why DARIAN supports both education and culture and artistic events. At the same time, actions of social nature, protecting nature or sport were not left out <\/p>\n

We understood how necessary is to get involved both in social assistance and we did not forget those who are going through difficult moments. We offered them, as much as we could material and moral support to overcome the difficult moments, to rekindle hope in their hearts and convince them not to give up the dream of a better life. Here we can reming either orphan children looked after the Association \u201cC\u0103su\u021ba Bucuriei\u201d or the support granted to the Association \u201cLittle People\u201d or \u201eOncohelp\u201d. We also supported the Association of Blind People Romania, Cluj branch. <\/p>\n<\/div>
We are tirelessly looking for rough diamonds, brilliant minds that, without financial or moral support would lose themselves or would not be able to become those jeweled the Romanian society needs so much. We are involved in supporting the education of capable, ambitious yougsters that could become the gems of society and whose twinkle could increase Romania\u2019s level of development. In this regard we contributed either to the organization of events dedicated to the development of the managerial culture, or we chose to support associations that have this goal of training and further training young managers. That is why we were partenrs in the international conference SAMRO, dedicated to the management of organizations, but we supported also the Oeconomy Foundation Timisensis or Danis Foundation for Managerial Development.
\nWe were also near a special youngster, D\u0103nu\u021b S\u0103ndoiu an exceptional lead singer that succeeded being accepted by Berklee College of Music in Boston. We also got involved in formal education, through partnerships with the Technical University and the Faculty of Economic Science and Business Management in Cluj-Napoca or the West University in Timi\u0219oara.<\/p>\n
Culture is another extremely important field for our company, because without this spiritual nourishment the coagulation of a strong community is hard to imagine. We supported, whenever we had the occasion cultural-artistic events, because in our opinion, in order to have a healthy society is is necessary that spiritual actions promoted through culture shoud be a constant presence in the community. In order to support cultural actions, we wanted to reward those helping us to accumulate spiritual wealth, those who succeed, through their performance to take us out from daily routine, to bring smiles on our lips or tears in our eyes. In this field we were close to many of the projects of the Romanian Opera in Cluj and the Cultural Association JAD for the promotion of theatrical art. In parallel we supported various cultural associations such as the Romanian Association for the Propaganda and History of Aeronautics Cluj or the Cultural Patriotic Society \u201cAvram Inacu\u201d. <\/p>\n
Performance and professionalism, but also the desire of self-improvement are present in the daily activity of DARIAN team. That is why, over the years our company has been involved in supporting mountain climbing and mountaineering and every success of these courageous people was perceived also as a success of our company. What can be more motivating for an entrepreneur than to pursue this fight of the climber with nature and himself in order to self-improve and succeed climbing on the highest peaks? The permanent fight of these special persons, both with relief and the weather conditions, but also with their own mind and their own body motivates us too, those who make-up the DARIAN company to self-improve, to daily make another step to reach the peak. We have been since the beginning partners of the project \u201c7 steps on the roof of the world\u201d by which climber Vasile Cipcigan aimed to conquer the highest peaks on all 7 continents. In 2016 our company also supported the most important success of climbing from Cluj, conquering the Manaslu peak of 8.156 meters. In this field also, DARIAN was involved since the beginning in the project of the climbing school in Cluj, initiated by Vlad C\u0103pu\u0219an.<\/p>\n
Climbing and the attitude implied by this sport inspires us, but the support of sport activities was not limited only to mountain climbing. Sport is more than a hobby and it should be practiced at a scale as large as possible, because sport means health and a health community is a strong community.

That is why we chose to sponsor the Association \u201eU\u201d Rugby, The Sports Club \u201eIoan Banda\u201d or the Sports Club \u201cFor You\u201d. <\/p>\n
For 2017 we aim to remain an active and responsible partner and to get involved in the life of the community. That is why we will continue to support the already traditional fields for us, sport and art, but we will be present in social protection projects or education.<\/p>\n<\/div>
