We inform you that in the Official Journal no. 902 of 16.11.2017 was published Government Emergency Ordinance no. 82\/2017 for amending and supplementing certain legislative acts (\u201cOUG \u2013 Government Emergency Ordinance \u2013 82\/2017\u201d).<\/p>\n

GEO 82\/1997 introduces, among others, derogatory provisions from the social dialogye Law no. 62\/2011, in the context of recent legislative amendments in the tax matters (in force from 1 January 2018) regarding the \u201cmovement\u201d of social contributions from the employer to the employee.<\/p>\n

Practically, GEO 82\/2017 stipulates that for the implementation of the provisions regarding the amendment of regulations regarding the social contributions (required through GEO 79\/2017), in the period 20 November \u2013 20 December 2017 it is compulsory that the employers should conduct negotiations with their own employees, irrespective if there are collective labour agreements or not.<\/p>\n
