Darian was founded in 1990 as one of the first Romanian-Swiss private equity companies, at the beginning being active in the consultancy sector for the implementation of IT network computer systems oriented towards economic management.<\/em><\/h3>\n<\/div>

In the year 1993, the activity turned towards valuation and consultancy services, in the economic, management and financial consultancy field, being involved in valuation from the beginning of the privatization process.<\/p>\n

Since 1997 DARIAN has started the activity of evaluating specialized real estate property activity, at the same time with the valuation of assets owned by enterprises and continuing with the valuation of the first commercial spaces that entered the privatization process.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Moreover, DARIAN offered assistance to its clients in drawing-up business plans, restructuring studies, feasibility studies within the processed of obtaining credits and financing, but also offered assistance in projects financed through European funds.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Starting with 2000 DARIAN extended itself at a national level, its activity being oriented towards valuation services in different areas \u2013 real estate, business, intangible elements, machines and equipment, financial report valuation, investments projects valuation, including the valuation of projects for obtaining European funds in the 2007-2013 budget.
\nAt the same time, DARIAN developed in regards to management consultancy services and making investment decisions\u2013 financing projects, business plans, feasibility studies within crediting projects, restructuring and reorganizing projects.<\/p>\n<\/div>

After an extensive experience in the valuation field, starting with the year 2014, DARIAN DRS extended its activity on the tax consultancy sector by founding Darian DRS Tax, and starting with the year 2015 on the financial audit sector as well, by founding Darian DRS Audit. Thus, by developing a team of specialists in Bucharest, the DARIAN services portfolio comprises nowadays the tax field, as well as financial audit field, the team being extended in 2016 at Cluj in the context of business environment development.
\nStarting with the year 2017, the Darian group portfolio extended in the field of constructions project management.<\/p>\n<\/div>
