The team

DARIAN's team consists of 60 expert valuators and 11 ANEVAR accredited members (MAA) but also has European recognized valuators (REV). Their specialization covers the entire spectrum of assessment, namely the areas of real estate, movable property and business, having graduated the continuous vocational training courses in International Valuation Standards (IVS) and the Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The team coordinators are assessors with extensive experience in evaluation, six of whom are former members of the prestigious international professional associations RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).

However, within the team there are consultants who graduated the course of machinery and equipment valuation of ASA - American Society of Appraisers. Also, some team members are lecturers and authors of training courses and seminars of the National Association of Valuators in Romania - ANEVAR.
DARIAN consistently applies the newest standards, procedures and methodologies developed by ANEVAR but also the normative acts with implications for the valuation domain.

Adrian Crivii Managing director Darian DRS

Graduated a Master in Business in 1995 and presently is a post-graduate student of "West University" of Timişoara   Full Member of ANEVAR (National Association of Romanian Appraisers) since 1993 and ANEVAR Accredited Member (AAM) in the field of real estate valuation since 2001;   Graduated the Machinery and Equipment Valuation training course (ME 201-206) organized by ASA (American Society of Appraisers);   Lecturer of more than 100 courses and author of handbooks and courses organized by ANEVAR and other associations since 1997;   Coordinator of valuation reports (in the field of business valuation, real estate, plant and equipment valuation for transactions, mergers, acquisitions, valuation for financial statements, valuation for mortgage lending) for public institutions and private clients from Romania or abroad   Since 1997 member of the board of directors of ANEVAR and during 2001-2003 President of ANEVAR Since 2003 member of the board of directors of WAVO and represents ANEVAR at WAVO (World Association of Valuation Organizations) Since 2004 - Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)

Graduated the "Technical University" of Cluj Napoca, Faculty of Machine Building, specialization Machine Building Technology   Graduated a Master in Business since 1996   Full Member of ANEVAR (National Association of Romanian Appraisers) since 1997   Accredited ANEVAR Member (MAA) in the domain of real estate valuation   Specialized in business valuation, business plans and valuation of bank guarantees.

Adrian Popa Bochiş Senior Consultant
