The starting years

The company was founded in 1990 as a Romanian-Swiss society. Between 1990 and 1993 DARIAN focused on offering consultacy in implementing economical management sistems and from 1993 turned to valuation and consultancy in the management, economical and financial sectors.

Evolution

Between 2000 and 2005 DARIAN wins 4 AVAS (Authority of State Assets Recovery) auctions as a valuator for Industry (2005), Real estate (2003), Machinery equipment and distinct real estates (2005), becoming a major player on the market.

Starting with the year 2000 the company's activity expands at national level being mainly oriented to valuation (real estate, dissolutions, acquisitions, machinery and equipment, valuations for financial reporting, fusions, valuation trainings) and also consultancy in investment and management decisions (financing projects, business plans, feasability studies in order to obtain creditation, consultancy in privatizations, restructuring of comercial societies and holdings).

Present

In it's 20th year of exsitence DARIAN is the biggest valuator on the Romanian market and it accomlpished more than 10.000 valuation reports, summing up more than 500.000 real estate properties or machinery equipments. In the last years the company had more than 50.000 individual clients from all over the country. Also the total value of real estate properties, business, fix or mobile assets valuated by DARIAN since 1993 until now is close to 20 billion Euro.
